NSW: Police charge man over John Newman murder
Police have charged a 27-year-old Cabramatta man with the 1994 murder of New South Wales MP
JOHN NEWMAN.
A police spokesman says officers from Taskforce Gap arrested the man at 9.25pm (AEST)
yesterday after extensive investigations following the shooting of the MP at his Cabramatta
home.
The man will appear before Fairfield Local Court today, charged with murder.
